Convenient and Affordable Found a hotel that was convenient and affordable for my city trip. I liked that the hotel was close to restaurants and shops, which made it easy to grab a quick bite or pick up anything I needed. the price was also reasonable, considering the location and amenities offered. I appreciated having free breakfast and coffee in the morning to start my day.

Fallible Cleanliness and Basic Facilities Unfortunately, the hotel fell short in terms of cleanliness and basic facilities. My room was not well-maintained and needed attention from housekeeping.

The hotel is situated in a picturesque valley right in the middle of the Appalachian Mountains, providing an excellent view from the rooms. It's close to everything in the area and is in easy access of a shopping center. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with very supportive and well-behaved staff in service. the breakfast is good as per other reviews, and the pool is well-maintained and clean.

There is a need for a thorough cleaning of the hotel, both inside and out, as pointed out by some reviews.
